Established in 2003, iClean Building Services is a Veteran Owned Company. We are not a franchise janitorial service, iClean is locally owned and operated. We currently employee over 50 employees who maintain over one million square feet of commercial and industrial office space throughout Central Florida.

Our company was built on the principals of providing quality service with integrity and building strong relationships. “Service. Integrity. Relationship”. We believe in focusing on customer service that lasts far beyond the initial sale which translates into high customer retention which is accomplished by:

• Internal quality assurance process: Each job site of two or more iClean employees are assigned a “Team lead” who acts as a liaison between the iClean team and the customer.
• Random visual site inspections: Performed by iClean management to monitor high traffic areas and suggest and implement improvements.
• Routine written monthly building audits: To measure performance of the iClean Team performed by iClean management and a copy provided to the customer.
• Employee monitoring software: Logs when the iClean team arrives, leaves, prevents buddy punches with voice recognition, and late punch notification via text messages.
